Welcome to Mentraly.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our mobile application (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using Mentraly, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Mentraly is an application designed to help users organize and focus during their study sessions. The current version includes basic timer functions to manage focus periods.

The App is intended exclusively for personal and educational purposes.
Users agree not to use the App for illegal purposes or in any manner that could impair the correct operation of the service.

This initial version of Mentraly does not require user registration or collect sensitive personal data.

5. Minimum Age Requirement

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.
For users between 13 and 17 years of age, parental or guardian consent and supervision is recommended.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to its design, code, interface, texts, logo, and brand, belong to Mentraly or its licensors.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without prior written authorization.

7. Service Availability

Mentraly does not guarantee that the App will always be available. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the App, in whole or in part, at any time without liability.

8. Modifications

Mentraly reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication within the App or on official communication channels.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, USA.
